  1. I would have never thought that too much sugar can cause wrinkles. I know that excess sugar contributes to obesity, diabetes, and other conditions linked to heart disease. Now i also know that sugar can age us more quickly. Thanks a lot for the info.

  2. I have no idea, i do not even know how to find it out.Can you please tell me what foods are rich in sugar and should be avoided? thank for help

  3. One rule of thumb is that anything in a box, can, or jar probably has sugar in it, but foods that grow out of the ground or on trees don’t.
